SharePoint administrator with experience in Power platform - Nørresundby

Are you a passionate SharePoint Administrator with an impressive track record in the Power Platform? We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional who can elevate our SharePoint environment to new heights by seamlessly combining expertise in SharePoint administration with extensive experience in harnessing the power of the Power Platform.

As our new SharePoint administrator, you will be tasked with managing our SharePoint environment, both on-premises and online. One of your key projects will involve migrating content from on-premises to SharePoint Online or exploring alternative solutions to enhance business processes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing best practices, optimizing performance, and delivering effective tools for our organization.

Join our IT Operations team in Nørresundby, (Denmark)

You will become part of the IT Infrastructure Services, which falls under IT Operations. Your daily leader will be the Team Lead of IT Infrastructure Services,  but you will report to the IT Operations Manager. The overall team includes 8 employees, and the position is based in Nørresundby, Denmark. Subsequently, you can enjoy the flexibility of working from home on designated days each week.

In this position, your key responsibilities revolve around overseeing and enhancing the functionality of SharePoint in both on-premises and online settings. Your role encompasses providing support for business solutions on SharePoint, ensuring the upkeep of Power Apps and Power Flows, and utilizing the Power Platform to boost overall operational efficiency.

More specifically, your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage and maintain SharePoint both on-premises and online.
  • Support business in different solutions running on SharePoint.
  • Support and maintain existing Power Apps and Power Flows
  • Use Power platform to build solutions that can help business working more efficiently.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure team implementing and using different aspects of M365 portfolio.

Qualifications & requirements
Preferably, you have an educational background with a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, and significant practical experience working with SharePoint. We highly value that you are passionate about SharePoint and its many possibilities.

Moreover, we expect you to have the following qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in configuring, administering, and optimizing SharePoint environments.
  • In-depth understanding of SharePoint development, encompassing customization, workflows, and security features.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate (Flows), and Power BI.
  • Practical experience in designing and implementing solutions using Power Platform tools.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, enabling effective engagement with cross-functional teams dispersed globally.
  • Strong communication skills, facilitating the clear conveyance of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
