Privacy notice for job applicants

Dear job applicant,

We (Wrist Group) process your personal information for recruitment purposes only and we will not share it with third parties that are not involved in the recruitment process. If we acquire assistance of a recruitment agency or consultant, hereunder for the performance of personality and skill testing, such third party will be acting under our instructions and in accordance with appropriate data processing agreements. We are not planning to transfer your data outside the EEA.

Wrist Group is responsible for the processing of the data you have provided to us. We process your personal data during the recruitment process in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation article 6 (1) (c), article 6 (1) (f) and article 9 (2) (f). We may keep records of the recruitment process for up to six months after a completed recruitment process to respond to and defend against legal claims.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to us processing data about you.

You can contact our Legal Department at legal@wrist.com to request access to your data, delete your data, correct any inaccuracies or restrict our processing of your data, or if you have any questions regarding our processing of your data.
