Dear job applicant,
We (Wrist group) process your personal information for recruitment purposes only. If we acquire assistance of a recruitment agency or consultant hereunder for the performance of personality and skill testing, such third party will be acting under our instructions and in accordance with appropriate data processing agreements. To the extent that your personal data is transferred to data processors outside the EU/EEA, for example providers hosting our IT systems, we ensure an adequate level of protection for such transfers.
Wrist group is responsible for the processing of the data you have provided to us. We process your personal data during the recruitment process in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation article 6 (1) (b) to enter into a contract, article 6 (1) (c) to comply with legal obligations, article 6 (1) (f) for legitimate interest in finding a suitable candidate for the position and article 9 (2) (f) for processing of sensitive data. We may keep records of the recruitment process for up to six months after a completed recruitment process to respond to and defend against potential legal claims.
We obtain the personal data through your application, CV, transcripts, attachments, your LinkedIn profile, and possibly through references from previous employers. If you are asked to complete a personality profile test and cognitive test in connection with the recruitment, we also process the results of these tests. We only process sensitive personal data about you, if you have included it in your application.
As a data subject, you have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, limitation of your personal information, data portability, or to object to the processing of your personal information according to GDPR articles 15-18 and articles 20-21.
