As a Global Tender & Contract Management Specialist at Wrist Ship Supply, you will join our commercial organization, which is responsible for steering our sales activities with our customer base. The team coordinates and manages global tenders across the organization and oversees all strategic aspects of our tender and contract management setup.

Our ambition is to transition from the basic tender and contract management setup we currently employ to a best-in-class setup, where the utilization of artificial intelligence and other tools is prioritized. Through enhancing our processes, we aim to boost contracted business and grow our topline.

Hybrid work with base in Nørresundby
With reference to our Director of Global Tender & Contract Management, you will become part of an exceptional team embarking on an ambitious journey. Your primary office will be located in Nørresundby.

Your key responsibility will be to coordinate global tenders, manage product selection, maintain our tools, and oversee contract agreements. You'll collaborate closely with the Global Procurement team on assortment strategies and contribute to improving our tender processes. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to define your purpose and positively impact our teams, business and clients. Continuous improvement and effective coordination across departments. 

More specifically, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Running data-driven processes
  • Managing end-to-end projects for our tendering across all departments
  • Administering tender projects, including meeting planning, coordination and administration of the tender/procurement process
  • Contributing to the optimization of tender and sales processes, driving continuous improvements
  • Leading and interacting with all stakeholders
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of products, projects, technologies, sales processes, markets, commercial strategies and customers
  • Transforming manual processes to automated ones

Qualifications & requirements
We're looking for someone who is structured, analytical and able to make fact-based decisions. You should be curious, purpose-driven and adept at turning challenges into opportunities by asking the right questions. In our fast-paced environment, an open mindset, strong communication skills and inclusivity are vital. A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a similar field, along with fluency in English, is preferred.

Moreover, we expect you to have the following qualifications:

  • Experience and willingness to work with Excel
  • Experience in coordination and project management
  • Ability to prioritize and manage processes effectively
  • Experience in managing and running projects, collaborating with diverse individuals
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing processes and workflows
  • Strong team player, capable of engaging across different business areas
  • Successfully drive communication and engaging others in task delivery
