Global Key Account Manager - Denmark

As Global Key Account Manager in Wrist, you will be part of our Global Sales team. You will manage the relationship with a portfolio of global customers, with primary attention to the Scandinavian segment.
Your key responsibility will be as one point of contact for the assigned global key customers, representing the Wrist business units, while building a strong relationship and engaging with the key stakeholders. Your primary focus will be to grow existing global key customers and develop appointed target customers. As Global Key Account Manager, you own the customer relationship on behalf of Wrist. This means that we expect you to act with trustworthiness, resilience, and a high level of business acumen to generate tangible value for the customers and Wrist.

With reference to our Global Sales Director, you will become part of a strong team. The position is based in Nørresundby (possibility of hybrid work).

Key responsibilities:
• Management of a mixed portfolio of global key customers (retention strategy) and target customers (development) – 8 to 12 customers in total
• Development and maintenance of a strategy for all assigned customers
• Ensure complete, strong, and updated account plans, at all times, based on customer intel and needs, and create alignment with stakeholders and P&L owners
• Increase share of wallet and create barrier to exit
• Identify and grow new business opportunities with assigned customers
• Deliver the budget for assigned customers
• Conduct quarterly and annually business reviews, and meetings as relevant

Qualifications & requirements:
• Strategic planning skills, customer orientated, structured, data-driven, and strong communication skills,
• Solid experience in maintaining and developing key accounts
• Strong sales track record from KAM setup and international sales (B2B)
• Preferably a background from the maritime industry
