Wrist Group Announces Leadership Transition

September 8, 2026

Wrist Group today announced that Jens Holger Nielsen will transition from his role as Group CEO to join the Wrist Advisory Board, where the company will continue to benefit from his deep expertise in global shipping, marine supply and logistics. Anders Skipper will continue as Interim Group CEO. The Board has initiated a process to recruit Wrist’s next Group CEO, and Jens Holger will support the company through an orderly transition period.

Jens Holger has served as Group CEO of Wrist since January 2020 and has led the Group through a significant period of development and growth. During his tenure, Wrist expanded its global footprint, including into Central and South America, completed a number of strategic acquisitions to increase scale and broaden its service offering, and launched Source2Sea, an independent digital marketplace serving the marine supply and logistics ecosystem.

Will Hanenberg, Chairman of Wrist and Partner at J.F. Lehman & Company, Wrist’s majority shareholder, said:

“On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Jens Holger for his leadership and dedicated service over the past six years. He leaves the Group meaningfully larger, more global and better positioned than he found it, and we are pleased that Wrist will continue to draw on his experience and judgement through the Advisory Board. Anders and the broader management team have the full support of the Board and remain focused on serving our customers and executing Wrist’s strategic priorities.”

Jens Holger Nielsen said:

“It has been a privilege to lead Wrist over the past six years and to work alongside a capable and committed team backed by strong shareholders. Together we have grown the business into new markets and taken meaningful steps in the digital transformation of our industry. I am proud of what we have built together, and I am grateful to our employees, whose dedication to serving seafarers and customers is what sets Wrist apart, and to our customers and partners for their trust and support. The company is in a strong position, and this is the right moment for its next chapter of leadership and growth. I look forward to continuing to contribute to Wrist's success through the Advisory Board.”

Further information regarding the Group CEO role will be shared at the appropriate time.
