Strachans, Den Helder Stores, and Wrist Boa Praça unite under new Wrist Offshore brand

July 7, 2026

Strachans, Den Helder Stores, and Wrist Boa Praça, three key service providers to the offshore energy sector, today announce the launch of Wrist Offshore, a unified brand that brings together the complementary capabilities under a single market-facing identity within the Wrist Group.

The launch of Wrist Offshore marks the next phase in the development of Wrist Group’s Offshore Business. Uniting its operations under a single brand creates a stronger, more integrated offshore services platform across seven major maritime hubs, serving more than 70 ports across the United Kingdom (UK), the Netherlands (NL), and Brazil (BR). The new brand combines an expanded global footprint with enhanced synergies between offshore and ship supply operations, providing customers with access to a broader range of products, services, and expertise.

Strachans, Den Helder Stores, and Wrist Boa Praça will continue to operate as separate legal entities, providing customers with a consistent brand experience and an expanded service offering through Wrist Offshore.

"The combination of Strachans, Den Helder Stores, and Wrist Boa Praça represents an exciting opportunity to deliver greater value to our customers and accelerate growth,” says Iain Troup, Managing Director of Wrist Offshore. “Together, we extend our market reach and serve customers with a more comprehensive portfolio of offshore solutions."

Frank Lap, Managing Director, Wrist Offshore NL, adds,

“Our organizations share a commitment to operational excellence. Bringing our capabilities together under one brand offers new opportunities for our employees, customers, and business partners."
“This marks an important milestone in our growth,” says Ulisses Pincelli, Managing Director, Wrist Offshore BR. “By aligning under a common brand, we can better serve customers across key offshore markets while preserving the local expertise and trusted relationships that define our businesses.”

Against a backdrop of ongoing change in the energy sector, Wrist Offshore remains focused on supporting customers across offshore oil and gas, renewables, and emerging energy sectors in the UK, the Netherlands, Brazil, and other markets.
