25th of June we recognise the unique contribution made by seafarers from all over the world to international seaborne trade, the world economy and civil society as a whole.

This year, the theme of the International Maritime Organizations (IMO) initiative is “Seafarers brought me …”. Read more

“Seafarers brought me…” highlights the often invisible role that the 1,5 mio seafarers worldwide play in our lives every day, whilst delivering more then 90% of the world’s goods.
