The Graduate Programme is an intensive 2-year journey. You must be eager to learn, and appreciate the challenge of varying and often time demanding work. The Graduate Programme focuses on your professional development. You will be assigned a mentor throughout your time at the Graduate Programme. The mentor will help, guide and navigate you through the decision-making processes and help you develop a strong global network.
