When a crude oil tanker recently made a last-minute call in Las Palmas, our local teams demonstrated what makes great service possible: strong communication, flexibility and effective coordination between the customer and Wrist colleagues in Singapore and Spain.
The order was confirmed with only 24 hours to prepare before the scheduled delivery. Supplying a tanker on such short notice adds an extra layer of complexity, as the tight timeframe affects every stage – from inventory management and safety procedures to communication and accurate delivery.

However, acting quickly, the team arranged all goods and coordinated around shifting schedules to ensure everything reached the tanker the next day, when the service barge was arranged at anchorage.
