Are you passionate about environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues and want to make a positive impact on the organization through data? Do you have a strong analytical mind and the ability to think critically about complex issues? Then Wrist Ship Supply are looking for you.

To further strengthen our work with ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance), we are looking for a Senior ESG Analyst who will be the key person for the collection and preparation of data for our work with ESG.

You will manage and maintain the ESG system and create ESG-related reports and presentations. You will work closely with the Head of ESG to identify and evaluate ESG risks and opportunities and help develop recommendations for improving our performance. Furthermore your role will be placed in Group Finance, with reference to our Group Finance Director.

The position is based in Noerresundby, Denmark.

Key responsibilities:    

  • Manage, maintain, and update our ESG measurement data points.
  • Continuously prepare data analysis to ensure constant decode of our ESG efforts, as well as decide which data models to design and hypotheses to test.
  • Prepare data and insight requests from internal as well as external stakeholders.
  • Be an expert in our ESG system, including developing, optimizing, and maintaining them.
  • Responsible for collecting data for the GHG protocol (scope 1, 2 and 3) and CSRD.
  • Responsible for sending reports for 3rd party verification.
  • Follow-up and reporting of various ESG KPIs.

Qualifications & requirements:

  • You have documented experience with handling large amounts of data, as well as delivering and running data analysis of very high quality.
  • Several years of experience with ESG and/or CSR reporting, including knowledge of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), where ESG key figures are an integral part of the report.
  • Strong skills in Excel as well as data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, or financial management.
  • Experience reporting on climate change in accordance with the GHG Protocol and hereunder the setup for reporting on scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions.
  • Has solid analytical skills and a good business understanding.
