Regional Procurement Analyst - Long Beach, USA

Your role as Regional Procurement Analyst for North America will ensure up-to-date, timely, transparent and aligned reporting, KPI metrics and follow-up throughout the regional procurement organization.  Furthermore, in this role you will ensure that timely and accurate data, procurement tools and analytics are delivered to the operational level as well as upper management to support overall strategic goals.  Together with the “Group Procurement Excellence Manager”, you will develop and deploy a Procurement toolbox. The Regional Procurement Analyst is also responsible for supporting category managers for data analytics, vendor trade agreement uploads and reporting on performance.
With reference to our Regional Procurement Manager, you will become part of a strong team. The position is based in Long Beach, CA.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Preparation of category data and report on category performance, incl. compliance
  • Create data analytics and management reporting
  • Reduce Miscellaneous spend through analysis and governance
  • Maintain and develop the procurement reporting, toolbox and ad hoc reporting requests as per organizational requirements
  • Prepare,upload and maintain vendor agreements within our Wrist’s system
  • Support vendor IT integration programs
  • Maintain and develop procurement SOP’s within the region

Qualifications & requirements:

  • Bachelor in a related field/discipline from an accredited college, or equivalent education
  • Minimum 2 years of data analysis experience
  • Superior IT and business systems skills (AX and BI experience), analytical mindset, process mindset, collaborative and service minded
