We are seeking a skilled IT Architect to become a part of our team. As an IT Architect, your will responsible for designing and collaborating with our delivery organization to implement complex IT solutions that meet the requirements of both our organization and customers. You will work in close coordination with business stakeholders, IT professionals, and developers to guarantee the scalability, reliability, and security of our applications and systems.

As a new member of our team, you will be joining an existing group consisting of a Senior IT Architect and two student employees. Additionally, we will soon be introducing an Architect-as-a-Service function, and you will report directly to our IT Director.

The position is based in Noerresundby, Denmark.

Responsibilities:

  • Your main focus will be System and data Integrations, Hybrid-Cloud, Infrastructure, Automation, and Security
  • Secondary areas will be Applications, ERP, standard business services, and on developed business services
  • Design and verify complex IT solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications
  • Analyze business needs and help develop IT strategies to meet those needs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to implement changes
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure that all technical solutions are aligned with the organization's IT strategy
  • Develop and maintain IT architectures together with your colleague
  • Evaluate new technologies including Automation and AI technologies and determine their potential impact on the organization's IT infrastructure
  • Ensure that all IT solutions meet industry standards for security and compliance
  • Develop and maintain documentation for architectural design and oversee documentation for IT systems and processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years proven experience as an IT Architect or in a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, including hybrid cloud and infrastructure
  • In depth experience with cloud-based architectures and solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Industry certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect are a plus.
