This newly established HR Consultant position will initially have two main focus areas – one being the main HR representative in a major HRIS implementation project, working alongside our own IT team and external consultants to successfully implement and populate the database. The other area is  building up a global applicant tracking system and become the process owner of global recruitment. The role is an integral member of a small Group HR team – and it will require a very hands on for the day-to-day use of the tool, but also a visionary in helping improve processes and finding betters ways to utilize HRIS going forward.

To be successful in this role, you should have significant and documented experience with HR database design & administration as well as managing  applicant tracking systems, preferably in a multi-national company. Ultimately, you will be responsible for the proper and effective operation of our HR software.

With reference to the Head of Global HR, you will become part of a small effective team that supports the global organization. The position is based in Noerresundby, Denmark.

Key responsibilities:

  • Document all major HR processes to be automated in the HRIS process
  • ollect and quality-check global HR master data for uploading
  • Design and conduct data quality controlling to ensure high accuracy at rollout
  • Participate in the design of training for future system users, with the view to become the facilitator
  • Act as the go-to person between the implementation project team and the user- group at large – ensuring the voice of our customers is heard
  • Design the framework of the Applicant Tracking Module, initially to handle all office-based positions
  • Together with local management teams, develop the necessary employment document templates, preboarding processes et al
  • Take ownership of and act as the systems developer of the HRIS data and associated processes
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations

Qualifications & requirements:

  • A minimum of bachelor level education in a Human Resource related field
  • Significant and hands-on experience in implementation and ownership of an HRIS system – including Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Practical recruiter experience in a multi-national organization
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Ability to influence and build rapport with stakeholders
  • All-round HR business partnering experience is a plus
  • Fluency in Danish and English is required to handle global and local clientele
