Global Process Manager - Logistics

The Global Process manager position will be responsible for the processes relating to the Logistics area of the Wrist Ship Supply Branch Network, which includes the full analysis, mapping, implementation and maintenance of the processes that are associated with bringing goods from supplier to vessel.

The role will be responsible for maintaining a productive and positive relations across the Branch network, ensuring the global processes are designed with the end user in mind, yet fully implemented.

Additionally, an essential part of the job will involve significant stakeholder management, which must lead to full commitment and collaboration at the local management level to ensure that agreed business process changes become implemented and embedded in the Wrist organization.

The position is ideally placed in Aalborg, alternatively in one of our major hubs in Europe or Middle East

Professional and personal qualifications 
The successful candidate will have all or most of the following skills, knowledge and abilities:

  • Bachelor level education in a related field such as logistic or supply chain management
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience with process optimization from a logistic or supply chain company.
  • Significant project management experience, preferably with certification
  • Significant experience in the implementation of Lean or similar methodologies and tools,
  • Demonstrated experience in making change stick.
  • Analytical approach – with a business curiosity for understanding business flows and dependencies
  • Comfortable with challenging all levels and take the difficult conversations
  • Work independently within a given framework
  • Team player as part of a process team
  • Great communicator on all levels, being able to bring the right message in the right way to individual receivers
  • Fluent in English, verbally and written
