Do you want to put your analysis and creative skills into play in the world's largest ship supplier with an ambitious growth strategy? Then we might have the right job for you in our innovative Process Excellence department.

We are looking for a Global Process Analyst to join our newly structured Process Excellence department, working with process analysis through innovative ways. You will have the responsibility to analyse and design process optimization, as well as monitor processes in Wrist Ship Supply globally. You will work on both operational and strategic projects and be the driver of change in close collaboration with our Project Management Department and key stakeholders from the business globally.

With reference to our Manager, Process Analysis, you will become part of a strong team. The position is based in Nørresundby.

Key responsibilities:                                                                  

• Support Wrist Ship Supply in achieving operational excellence by analyzing, designing, and optimizing processes in the organization
• Responsible for quality control on existing and new processes and SOPs
• Assist in defining and developing process analysis methodology and tools
• Responsible for creating, supporting and maintaining process documentation for all processes globally, regionally and locally
• Enable knowledge, transparency, and accessibility to processes and SOPs for all employees and stakeholders

Qualifications & requirements:

• 2+ years of process analysis and solution design experience, preferably within Process Mining
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Knowledge and experience within the maritime industry is preferred but not a requirement
• Extensive Change and Project management experience
• Experience with engaging and collaborating with stakeholders from multiple levels of business
• Strong communication skills (in English)
• An analytical and structured mindset with creative problem solving skills
