The Operational Excellence department (OE) is looking for new colleague to play a key role in the department's work to implement best practice in Wrist. The Department is a unit under Center of Excellence. The overall objective of Center of Excellence in Wrist is to strive towards standardized operating procedures and deliver business systems to uphold financial strength, quality of delivery and operational efficiency.
You will be referring to Susanne Poulsen, Head of Operational Excellence, which is placed in Center of Excellence with direct reference to VP, Annemarie Brorsen. Your working place will primarily be in Hvidovre or Aalborg.
Together with a small team of very dedicated employees you will be ensuring that Wrist at all time, have the most optimal processes which will drive faster adoption and greater utilization of our IT systems. The overall target is to create and implement best practices in the future of Wrist via development and implementation of an efficient and future-orientated operating model enabling lower unit cost and easiness of customers ordering and paying.
You will have approx. 70 - 90 travelling days away from your home country a year, and your travels will often span several days. It is therefore important that you are flexible and willing to travel and work at different locations.

You must possess good communication skills as well as the drive and willingness to optimize and ask questions to the processes within Wrist Ship Supply. It is furthermore important that you have an understanding of different cultures.
