The Operational Excellence department (OE) is looking for a new colleague to play a key role in the department's work to implement best practice in Wrist. The Department is a unit under Center of Excellence. The overall objective of Center of Excellence in Wrist is to strive towards standardized operating procedures and deliver business systems to uphold financial strength, quality of delivery and operational efficiency.
The position refers to Susanne Poulsen, Head of Operational Excellence, which is placed in Center of Excellence with direct reference to VP, Annemarie Brorsen. The position can be domiciled in Aalborg or in the Copenhagen area.
This position has specific focus on the business process optimization in the logistics area of Wrist – covering “last mile” planning, warehouse picking/packing, deliveries and return goods handling, which are key measures to our ability to deliver “on time, in full” to our customers.
Together with a small team of very dedicated employees you will be ensuring that Wrist continually have the most optimal processes, driving faster adoption and greater utilization of our IT systems. The overall target is to create and implement best practices via development and implementation of an efficient and future-orientated operating model, enabling lower unit cost and ease of customers’ ordering and paying.
An essential part of the job will involve communication that leads to commitment at the local management level in global Wrist organizations, ensuring that business process changes become imbedded and communicated across the Wrist organization.
The nature of the position will require approximately 70 - 90 travel days away from your home country a year, and your travels will often span several days. It is therefore important that you are flexible and willing to travel and work at different locations.
