Wrist Ship Supply expands in China

To support and strengthen further its services in China, Wrist opens a new office in Shanghai.

Wrist continues its growth strategy by expanding its presence in China (Guangzhou) with a new location in Shanghai. The Shanghai branch is located in Pu Dong New district, which is 5 km from the busiest container port in China, Wai Gao Qiao. From this location, the branch can provide stores and provisions to all 6 major ports in Shanghai and 85 active shipyards in the Yangtze region.

Due to the geographic and strategic importance for its business activities, Wrist initially started up its operation in Shanghai in June 2016 through local partnerships, which are now strengthened further with local presence in order to serve customers better. Being the world’s largest container port, Shanghai is one of the most important hubs for shipping companies and therefore, has the biggest market share for ship chandelling business in China. Wrist expects to see continuous growth in the region.
