Internship in Strategic Human Resources

Unique opportunity to participate as an active partner in a number of strategic HR-related projects


Wrist Ship Supply, a world leader in the field of procuring and delivering supply to the Maritime Industry, has identified a unique opportunity for a HR-minded intern, to participate as an active partner in a number of strategic HR-related projects. The start date will be in the first quarter of 2018 for a minimum of 3 months, preferably longer.

Summary

The successful intern will be studying at Master-level in a HR-related field, and be particularly interested in adult learning, global mindset & culture as well as in talent acquisition and branding. All project work is conducted in English, hence the successful applicant must be fluent in English, written and spoken.

The intern will be working alongside the other participants in each of the specific projects, and will be given a unique opportunity to learn about globalized HR in action.

Key responsibilities

  • Participate in project meetings, and be prepared to work on action items, as assigned
  • Collect and analyze data, relevant to each of the projects
  • Act as note taker and scheduler for project meetings
  • Research and manage test pilots, as assigned.

Requirements

  • Well-founded basic understanding of Strategic Human Resource work
  • Master-student level with HR as part of curriculum
  • Ability to work independent, and deliver quality output
  • English at a high level.
